Q) Do you charge setup fees?

A) No, unlike most product customization companies, we never charge setup fees regardless of the size of the order.

Q) Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A) No, we do not have a minimum order quantity on any of the products we offer.

Q) Will I get an order PROOF?

A) On our bulk custom orders, we do email a digital proof for you to approve before production begins. You must approve this proof before we can work on the order.

Q) What is your turnaround time for orders?

A) Most orders will be made and shipped within 3-5 business days. During busy holiday seasons, production times can sometimes extend to 5-7 business days. 

Q) Are your products dishwasher safe?

A) Unless the product states states that it's dishwasher safe on the bottom of it, we recommend hand washing them to ensure long-lasting use. 

Q) Can I add personalization to ANY of your products?

A) Most of our listings will state if the item can be personalized or not. If you're unsure, please send us a message or email to sales@drinkwaredecorators.com

Q) What carrier do you use to ship my items?

A) Most of the time, we will use UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail to ship items. If you need your items faster, please purchase an upgraded shipping option at checkout.
